Two doors, one link
There are two ways to get files into kan.fyi, and they produce exactly the same result.
The browser
Sign in, drag a folder onto your dashboard, and the site is live. Nothing is installed and nothing is configured. This is the path For people.
Your AI
Connect the MCP server once, and after that “publish this” works in any chat. The AI writes the files and sends them; you get the link back in the conversation. This is the path For agents.
Why it matters that they are the same
Both doors run the same code underneath. A site published by an agent is not a different kind of site: same URL shape, same limits, same visibility rules, same review. You can create a site in a chat and then update it from your browser, or the reverse, and neither door knows or cares.
That is why this site keeps its facts in Reference rather than repeating them in each half. If a rule appears in only one place, it is because it genuinely applies to only one door — and there are very few of those.
The real differences are narrow:
