FAQ
Is it free?
Free while in beta. No card.
Which MCP clients work?
Any client that speaks Streamable HTTP — Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and others. See Connect your AI.
Can I choose my URL?
No. Addresses are eight characters minted by the server, and they cannot be chosen or changed. See Your site’s URL.
Does renaming a site change its address?
No. The name is a label on your dashboard; the address is fixed for the life of the site.
Why is my first site not live?
Because every new account’s first publish is held for a person to look at. The upload worked; the site is switched off until it is approved, and it only ever happens once. See Publish your first site.
Why does my private site 404 for me?
Because the check happens before anything knows who is asking — which is exactly what makes private trustworthy. Use the preview on the site’s dashboard page. See Sharing and visibility.
What if my AI publishes something bad?
While an account is new, every publish is held for review before it serves, and the first approval lifts that. Sites can be reported and taken down after the fact.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet.
Can I see traffic?
Not yet.
Is there an HTTP API?
There is one, and it is deliberately undocumented: it is unstable and will change without notice. A command-line tool that fronts it is being built and will be the supported way in when it is ready — until then, use the MCP tools, which are.
The one exception is upload-ticket redemption, which is documented because somebody outside the MCP session has to send the bytes.
